Ephesians 6 vs 10-11 Prayer Points Against the Enemy’s Schemes

In Ephesians 6:10-11, we are encouraged to draw strength from the Lord and to put on the full armor of God to stand against the schemes of the devil. This passage reminds us of the importance of being spiritually equipped in the face of adversity.

  1. Prayer for Strength in the Lord: Heavenly Father, I seek Your strength and power. Help me to rely on Your might in every spiritual battle I face.
  2. Prayer for Putting on the Full Armor of God: Lord Jesus, guide me to put on the full armor of God daily – the belt of truth, the breastplate of righteousness, the gospel of peace, the shield of faith, the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit.
  3. Prayer for Resilience Against the Enemy’s Schemes: Almighty God, grant me resilience and wisdom to stand firm against the devil’s schemes. Help me to be vigilant and discerning.
  4. Prayer for Perseverance in Spiritual Warfare: Father, in times of spiritual warfare, help me to persevere in prayer and steadfastness, keeping my focus on You and Your promises.
  5. Prayer for Unity and Strength in the Body of Christ: Lord, I pray for unity and strength within the body of Christ. May we support and empower each other, standing together in Your strength.

As I commit myself to Jesus, I am reminded of the need to be spiritually equipped and strong in the Lord. His provision of the full armour of God is essential in my journey of faith, offering protection and empowerment in the face of spiritual challenges. With a heart devoted to His teachings, I am prepared to face any adversity. Reflecting on Ephesians 6:10-11, “Finally, be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power. Put on the full armour of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes,” I am inspired to daily equip myself with God’s armour and to trust in His mighty power. Amen.
