Today, we find solace in the words of Psalm 46 verse 1, “God is our refuge and strength, a very present help…” The theme for the day resonates with this truth: “Seek refuge in Him!” In times of trouble and uncertainty, may we find comfort in knowing that God is our safe haven and source of strength.

As we journey through this day, let us actively seek refuge in God. Let His presence be our shield against the storms of life and His strength be our anchor in the midst of chaos. In moments of weakness or fear, let us turn to Him for He is our ever-present help. May we rest in the assurance that nothing can separate us from His love and protection.
Heavenly Father, I come before you seeking refuge in Your loving arms. Be my strength today as I face the challenges and uncertainties ahead. Help me to trust in Your unfailing care and find peace in Your presence. Guide my steps and fill me with Your courage and wisdom. Thank you for being my refuge and strength. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.
