Today, the theme is “Cast your cares!” In 1 Peter 5:7, we are reminded to cast all our anxiety on God because He cares for us. This verse speaks to the tender care and concern that God has for each one of us, inviting us to release our worries and burdens into His loving hands.

As you start your day, I encourage you to take a moment to intentionally cast your cares upon the Lord. Trust in His unfailing love and faithfulness towards you. Allow Him to carry the weight of your anxieties and fears, knowing that He is more than capable of handling them. By surrendering your concerns to God, you open up space in your heart and mind for His peace to dwell and His strength to sustain you through whatever challenges may come your way.
Heavenly Father, I come before you today with a heart full of burdens and worries. I choose to cast all my anxieties on you, knowing that you care deeply for me. Help me to release control and trust in your perfect plan for my life. Grant me the peace that surpasses all understanding as I lean on your strength. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.
